1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide unboxing videos or photos as proof

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep the product unused and in its original condition and packaging

c. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of electronics, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, drops, or liquid exposure

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or serial numbers

  • Software, gift cards, or digital products


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies are included

  • Serial numbers or IMEI numbers match our records

Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to a factory defect) may not qualify for a refund.


3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our support page or contact us

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos of the product

Our team will verify and approve the request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup, or

  • Ask you to ship the product to our service center

After the product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Processing Time:
3–5 business days for all payment methods.

Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to:

  • A damaged product, or

  • A wrong product delivered by us


5. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product is defective within the return period

  • The same model is available in stock

If the product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative product (price difference will be adjusted)


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • However, you may return the product after delivery as per our return policy


7. Warranty Claims

Most electronics products come with a manufacturer warranty.

After the return window closes:

  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center

  • We may assist you with information, but repair or replacement timelines depend on the brand’s warranty policy
